EFMP

School Liaison
Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is a mandatory enrollment program that works with the medical community and key community agencies to identify Active Duty sponsors who have family members with special education or medical needs. At Grand Forks AFB the EFMP-Medical (EFMP-M) and EFMP-Family Support (EFMP-FS) agencies work together to provide comprehensive and coordinated services to families. The EFMP-FS office is located in the Airman & Family Readiness Center on base. For questions or assistance please contact Kelly Painter at 701-747-4484 or kelly.painter@us.af.mil.

The EFMP Working Group is an established team that consists of on-base agencies, school representatives and parents. The group meets monthly at the A&FRC. The goal is to get a pulse on what issues surround military families connected to Grand Forks AFB and provide sustainable resources that will benefit the entire family. If you would like to be a part of this team please contact Kelly Painter.
