"Whey"ing your options
When choosing supplements to enhance physical performance, it is important to do extensive research on brand names and products. Understanding which products are helpful, harmful or simply useless is the first step to making informed decisions while choosing supplements. Also researching food products and learning which foods can give the same results as supplements is a way to avoid the harmful products and can also be a considerably cheaper option. Supplements are not designed to replace the health and nutrition benefits from real food, and real food will always be superior to supplements. Technology plays a role in how Airmen connect, perform their duties and how leaders share information. The way the Air Force has adapted and will continue to adapt to advances in technology is the reason the Air Force is the leader in cyberspace.
