April 2025 Results of Court-Martial
Attempted Rape, Article 80, UCMJ- An Airman First Class attempted to rape another member by planning to commit a sexual act by using unlawful force. The Airman First Class was found guilty by a General Court-Martial and sentenced to 16 years’ confinement, a dishonorable discharge, reduction to the grade of E-1, and total forfeiture of all pay and allowances.

June 2025 Result of Nonjudicial Punishment:
Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ- A Staff Sergeant made sexual comments in the workplace about engaging in sexual relationships and about a co-worker’s body. The Staff Sergeant accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to the grade to E-4 and a reprimand.
Result of Involuntary Separation:
Sexual Assault, Article 120, UCMJ – An Airman penetrated another member’s vulva with his penis without her consent. The Airman was discharged from the Air Force with an under other than honorable conditions service characterization.
