Base to conduct emergency management exercise Published March 4, 2008 By 010308 GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The 319th Air Refueling Wing will conduct a emergency management exercise March 12 here. The exercise is designed to test the base's ability to respond to multiple emergencies at once using the newly-implemented Air Force Incident Management System, an Air Force specific version of the emergency management system used by state and federal agencies. During the exercise emergency response and security forces personnel will respond to multiple accident scenes, establish and maintain cordons, implement increased force protection conditions (FPCON), and simulate recovery actions.
