Dakota Zoo releases hawk rescued at Grand Forks AFB
A Swainson's hawk takes off in flight after being released by Dakota Zoo employees November 15, 2018, in a forested area near Bismarck, North Dakota. The hawk was tended to for more than a month at the zoo after being discovered injured at Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D., and delivered to the zoo's rehabilitation center for birds of prey. Dakota Zoo releases hawk rescued at Grand Forks AFB
