Grand Forks Air Force Base Honor Guardsmen honor the flag as they perform retreat during a memorial ceremony Sept. 11, 2019, on Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. Airmen also honored the lives of the attack victims with a commemorative stair climb in the air traffic control tower on base; completing 14 trips up the tower to equate the World Trade Center’s 110 stories.
