Farmer Miner and his pet, pot-bellied pig Daisy, were the star attractions at an event closing out Grand Forks Air Force Base's celebration of the Month of the Young Child April 29. The two visited with base children as part of a program to promote youth literacy. Spending some time with Daisy is Kaelynn Seronello, 6 (left); and Jaden Hilton, 9.
