Prizes for fitness

Prizes for a fitness incentive program are showcased at the Grand Forks Air Force Base Fitness Center Oct. 3. The program is integrity-based – meaning customers track their own accomplishments – and open to all by registering at the fitness center. Prizes vary from lanyards and Frisbees to long-sleeve T-shirts and hooded sweatshirts, customized to the program completed. Participants have up to one year to work toward their goals, documenting their work on tracking cards which are kept at the fitness center. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Ashley N. Taylor)
