Presidential recognition at volunteer appreciation picnic

Steven Dabbs, 319th ABW head chaplain, present him with a certificate and letter from the Office of the President of the United States recognizing him as a recipient of a Lifetime Presidential Volunteer Service Award during a volunteer appreciation picnic held May 15, 2014, at Turtle River State Park, N.D. The Lifetime Award is the highest recognition in the PVSA program. It is awarded to a person who has donated 4,000 volunteer hours or more over a lifetime. Ruben Covos, present Roselle Greene with a certificate and bronze lapel pin from the Office of the President of the United States recognizing her as a recipient of a gold level Presidential Volunteer Service Award during a volunteer appreciation picnic held May 17, 2014, at Turtle River State Park, N.D.
