GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. - Col. Diane Hull and Lt. Col. Jennifer Rider cut the ribbon at the grand opening of the base's Tax Center here Feb. 5. The new facility offers more room and convenience for military members looking to file taxes during tax season. Oldest Airman is still young at heart
Lt. Col. Daniel N. Kulund, 319th Medical Group, shows off the “fighting stick” he developed. Colonel Kulund came up with the idea after seeing Airmen have trouble handling and lifting an M-16. The stick is a 40 inch long, 10 pound plastic pipe filled with sand. Colonel Kulund has also developed 15 exercises and defensive fighting drills to be used with the stick; this program has become an exercise staple at Grand Forks Air Force Base. Operation Warmheart begins
The Grand Forks Air Force Base First Sergeant Council poses with Col.
