Members who attended a candlelight vigil in honor of the Dean family share a flame to light candles handed to all who joined the memorial November 28, 2018, in St. Timothy’s Catholic Church in Manvel, North Dakota. Staff Sgt. Anthony James Dean, his wife Chelsi Kay Dean, and their two children Kaytlin Merie Dean, 5, and Avri James Dean, 1, were all killed in a vehicle accident during the Thanksgiving holiday near Billings, Montana. A crowd of nearly 100 people to include families, friends and coworkers from Grand Forks Air Force Base, the Manvel Fire Department and members of the local communities, stand in silence to honor the memories of the Dean family during a vigil hosted November 28, 2018, in St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, in Manvel, North Dakota. Staff Sgt. Anthony James Dean, his wife Chelsi Kay Dean, and their two children Kaytlin Merie Dean, 5, and Avri James Dean, 1, were all killed in a vehicle accident during the Thanksgiving holiday near Billings, Montana.
