GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- An unusual transient aircraft landed at the base Sept. 14 to deliver a package for the Department of Homeland Security. A C-130J, made in 2005, emblazoned with the U.S. Coast Guard paint scheme stood out from the aging tanker fleet nearly as much as the MQ-1 Predator it delivered. Herculean battle against mosquitos
