Justin Meihaus, 319th Civil Engineer Operations Flight commander, power washes the area around a broken water main in order to remove the damaged section and replace it on Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D., Aug. 7, 2017. 319 CES Airmen recover GFAFB from water main break
The intersection of Eielson Street and Tuskegee Airman Boulevard flooded after a water main broke on Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D., Aug. 5, 2017. Airmen from the 319th Civil Engineer Squadron responded, isolated the line and repaired the 8-inch water main, saving $64,000 in contract repair cost. (U.S. Air Force courtesy photo)

Airman Corey Gilliam and Airman 1st Class Richard Gray Jr., 319th Civil Engineer Squadron water and fuel maintenance apprentices, lower a hose to pump excess water from the hole surrounding a water main break on Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D., Aug. 7, 2017.
