New treadmills
New treadmills are available for use at the Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D., Fitness Center after being installed Oct. 3. Twenty treadmills were installed and dispersed between the gym's cardio room and parent & child area, and are equipped with audio, video and USB ports for personal streaming. Prizes for fitness
Prizes for a fitness incentive program are showcased at the Grand Forks Air Force Base Fitness Center Oct. 3. The program is integrity-based – meaning customers track their own accomplishments – and open to all by registering at the fitness center. Prizes vary from lanyards and Frisbees to long-sleeve T-shirts and hooded sweatshirts, customized to the program completed.
