Grand Forks AFB forms Gymnastics Club
Spouses who have a common interest in gymnastics from Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D., have grouped together girls ranging from 7 to 13 years of age to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics and help them prepare for competitions.The gymnastics club on base has been established for two years and is encouraging other girls and even boys of different age groups to join. Grand Forks AFB hosts Fall Fest

Don Shaffer, 319th Air Refueling Wing commander, during the mummy race Oct. 21 during Fall Fest on Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D. In the mummy race, one teammate was wrapped up in an entire roll of toilet paper and the other teammate was blindfolded. The mummified teammate would shout out directions to the blindfolded teammate to navigate an obstacle course.
