Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?

Serving in the Air Force is important to me because there is nothing more productive than serving the country that has given me every opportunity to succeed in life.

What moment or accomplishment as a Warrior of the North are you most proud of and why?

My proudest accomplishment is that despite having arrived here in late April I've managed to nearly complete my Career Development Course while doing large amounts of on-the-job training and taking on any task available.

What is your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of my job is that I can see a direct impact on the base and Air Force as a whole. Every day I can review the numbers and see how I affected the mobility readiness of the wing, and that can be highly motivational.

Who inspires you and why?

My mom inspires me more than anyone in the world because no matter how much she gets knocked down, she always gets up and back at it ten times stronger. She's taught me that one person can make a difference if they believe in themselves first.

What's the first thing that made you think Grand Forks Air Force Base was a cool place other than the temperature or weather?

The first thing I noticed about the base was how friendly and helpful the people here can be. Enlisted, officer, and civilians alike are all willing to do everything they can to help out when called upon.
