1. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
The Air Force allows me to defend my country, and to be an example to my children by showing them that there is more to life than themselves.

2. What moment or accomplishment as a Warrior of the North are you most proud of and why?
My proudest moment was when all of Detachment 27's assigned instructors, including myself, received the associate's degrees we needed to teach this course. We all graduated on the same day.

3. What is your favorite part of your job?
The best part of my job is being able to assist the maintainers with the 69th Reconnaissance Group become more knowledgeable on the Global Hawk.

4. Who inspires you and why?
My family inspires me to work hard because I want the best for them and they keep me on track. I wouldn't be where I am without my wife, either. She helps me to make decisions that are right for me.

5. What's the first thing that made you think Grand Forks Air Force Base was a cool place other than the temperature or weather?
Before I got to Grand Forks AFB, I was only at Air Combat Command and Pacific Air Force bases. I noticed how appealing to the eye this base was. It just feels cozy and inviting here.
