Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
It has been a great opportunity to get out on my own and experience different cultures. It is also interesting to teach people about different things such as ice fishing and other winter activities.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part about my job is getting to help out customers on a daily basis and to see where they are either deploying to or where they are coming back from.

Who or what inspires you and why?
My family inspires me to do the best that I can so I can make them proud.

What's the first thing that made you think Grand Forks Air Force Base was a cool place other than the temperature or weather?
I honestly wanted to get close to home where I could see my family on a regular basis and enjoy the outdoor activities that I grew up doing.

Do you have any military service or anyone close to you? If so when and where did they serve?
My dad served in the Army in the mid-80s and I always heard stories about his experiences in Germany. That was one of the main reasons why I chose to join the service.
