How do you portray this Core Value?

I would say I portray this core value on and off duty. During the duty day I do my best to always be doing something productive. After the duty day, I can typically be found studying my CDCs or at the gym working out.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?

I place importance on helping others, whether it's by doing my job or volunteering. I feel the Air Force puts me in the perfect position to reach out and lend a helping hand.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?

I feel my proudest moment thus far would be successfully briefing commanders and first sergeants during the Commanders and the Law briefing earlier this month.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?

A couple of goals I have on the horizon would be furthering my education and achieving my Bachelor's Degree, and then commissioning in the U.S. Air Force.

What is your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of my job would be the relationship of the personnel in the office. Whether enlisted, officer, or civilian, everyone in the legal office is extremely proficient at their job and determined to assist those that need it. This positive and productive work environment is by far the best I've experienced.

What's your favorite thing about being stationed in North Dakota?

I really enjoy the great outdoors. I love how you can go kayaking one weekend and camping the next. I've found there really is a lot you can do here, you just have to be willing to put yourself out there.

What's the first thing that made you think Grand Forks Air Force Base was a cool place (other than the weather)?

Before coming to Grand Forks Air Force Base I was told of all the events that occur on base and how active the community is. Being here now I can see how right they were. That is by far the best thing about this base in my opinion. It feels more like a community and not just a place where people happen to be sharing space.
