1. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?

Serving in our nation's Air Force gives me a sense of pride that no other organization can provide. Over the years, I have learned what it truly means to respect and honor those that have served before me.

2. What accomplishment as a Warrior of the North are you most proud of and why?

I am most proud of completing my Bachelor of Science in IT (Information Technology) Management. Time management, critical thinking and responsibility are skills I learned in the Air Force that helped me succeed in college. These skills continue to assist me every day in my work environment.

3. What is your favorite part of your job?

Working with such a unique system such as a High Frequency Global Communication System, I have the opportunity to interact with different commands across the globe ... (It) is very different from any job I have ever worked in.

4. Who inspires you and why?

My two grandfathers inspire me; the two of them have always been dedicated, hard-working and respectful men who strive for the best!

5. What's the first thing that made you think Grand Forks Air Force Base was a cool place other than the temperature or weather?

Grand Forks Air Force Base truly has a lot to offer especially when a person is very open-minded. I heard great things about the indoor water park before I arrived. Since my arrival I have enjoyed not only the water park but also college volleyball, football, and basketball games, along with other events that surround the tournaments.
