Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
I enjoy the challenges and opportunities that the Air Force offers, it helps me to be a better leader. Also, seeing how a small duty can affect the Air Force mission is amazing.

What moment or accomplishment as a Warrior of the North are you most proud of and why?
I can't say there was just one specific moment that I was proud of; there have been many challenges and obstacles that I have had to face and learn from throughout my career.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Though it's not my primary job, I enjoy helping my co-workers with computer problems, which is why I'm excited to retrain into the communications career field this July.

Who inspires you and why?
My father inspires me; he has always been a hard worker moving from job to job just to support his family. He even once tried to join the Air Force as well.

What's the first thing that made you think Grand Forks Air Force Base was a cool place other than the temperature or weather?
I was deployed when I received my assignment to Grand Forks AFB. I met some people during my deployment that were stationed here at one time and they told me that it was a great assignment. I thought that since there was a state university, the local area must be nice.
