The following members of the 319 ABW were punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) in January 2014 and February 2014:

Nonjudicial Punishment Actions
An airman from the 319th Security Forces Squadron received an Article 15 for driving under the influence of alcohol. The 319 SFS commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman basic and a reprimand. Following the Article 15, the Airman was discharged with an Under Honorable Conditions (General) service characterization.

A senior airman from the 319th Security Forces Squadron received an Article 15 for assault and drunk and disorderly conduct. The 319 SFS commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman 1st class, forfeiture of $549 per month for two months, and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant from the 319th Civil Engineer Squadron received an Article 15 for driving under the influence of alcohol. The 319 CES commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of senior airman, forfeiture of $549 per month for two months, and a reprimand.

A senior airman from the 319th Civil Engineering Squadron received an Article 15 for wrongful use of marijuana. The 319 CES commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman basic, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand. Following the Article 15, the airman was administrative discharged with an Under Honorable Conditions (General) service characterization.

A senior airman from the 319th Civil Engineering Squadron received an Article 15 for failure to go to a mandatory appointment. The 319 CES commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman 1st class, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

An airman 1st class from the 319th Civil Engineering Squadron an Article 15 for failure to go. The 319 CES commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to airman and a reprimand.

An airman 1st class from the 319th Communications Squadron received an Article 15 for failure to go and dereliction of duty. The 319 CS commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to airman, suspended reduction to airman basic, forfeiture of $183 per month for two months, and a reprimand. Following the Article 15, the airman was administratively discharged with an Under Honorable Conditions (General) service characterization.

A senior airman from the 319th Medical Operations Squadron received an Article 15 for adultery. The 319 MDOS commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to airman 1st class and a reprimand.

An airman 1st class from the 319th Medical Operations Squadron received an Article 15 for adultery. The 319 MDOS commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to airman and a reprimand.

An airman 1st class  from the 69th Maintenance Squadron received an Article 15 for failure to go. The 69 MXS commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to Airman, forfeitures of $318 per month for two months, and a reprimand.


Court-Martial
A senior airman from the 319th Logistics Readiness Squadron faced a General-Court Martial on 13 January 2014 for one charge and two specifications for rape, in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ); one charge and one specification for sodomy in violation of Article 125, UCMJ, one charge and one specification for assault consummated by a battery in violation of Article 128, UCMJ, one charge and one specification for burglary in violation of Article 129, UCMJ, and one charge and two specifications for communicating a threat in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. Pursuant to a pretrial agreement (PTA), the senior airman was tried in a "judge alone" proceeding, where he pled guilty to all charges and specifications. The judge sentenced him to: Reduction to the rank of airman basic, maximum forfeitures of all pay and allowances, confinement for 34 years, and a dishonorable discharge. The confinement was capped at 20 years pursuant to the terms of the PTA.
