The Judge's Bench: June UCMJ actions Published July 10, 2014 By 319th Air Base Wing Office of the Staff Judge Advocate GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The following members of the 319 ABW were punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) in June 2014: Nonjudicial Punishment Actions A senior airman from the 319th Communications Squadron received an Article 15 for dereliction of duty. The 319th Mission Support Group commander imposed the following punishment: reduction to the grade of airman, suspended reduction to the grade of airman basic, and a reprimand. A senior airman from the 319th Logistics Readiness Squadron received an Article 15 for making two false official statements. The 319th LRS Commander imposed the following punishment: reduction to the grade of airman 1st class and a reprimand. A senior airman from the 69th Maintenance Squadron received an Article 15 for AWOL. The 69th MXS Commander imposed the following punishment: suspended reduction to airman first class and forfeiture of $138 pay per month for two months.
