The Judge's Bench: July UCMJ actions Published July 31, 2014 By 319th Air Base Wing Office of the Staff Judge Advocate GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The following members of the 319 ABW were punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) in July 2014: Nonjudicial Punishment Actions A senior airman from the 319th Communications Squadron received an Article 15 for dereliction of duty. The 319th CS commander imposed the following punishment: suspended reduction to the grade of airman 1st class, forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand. A senior airman from the 319th Operations Support Squadron received an Article 15 for dereliction of duty (x2) and making a false official statement. The 319th OSS commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman 1st class, suspended forfeiture of $1,017.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand.
