The Judge's Bench: April 2015 UCMJ actions Published May 7, 2015 GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The following personnel at Grand Forks AFB were punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) in April 2015: Nonjudicial Punishment Actions An Airman 1st Class from the 319th Civil Engineer Squadron received an Article 15 for wrongful use of marijuana. The 319th CES commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of Airman Basic, forfeiture of $773 for two months suspended, and a reprimand. An Airman 1st Class from the 319th Civil Engineer Squadron received an Article 15 for being absent without leave. The 319th CES commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended reduction to the grade of Airman Basic, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand. A Senior Airman from the 319th Force Support Squadron received an Article 15 for being absent without leave. The 319th FSS commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of Airman 1st Class, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand. An Airman 1st Class from the 319th Force Support Squadron received an Article 15 for willful dereliction of duty. The 319th FSS commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of Airman Basic, 60 days restriction to Grand Forks AFB, and a reprimand. An Airman 1st Class from the 319th Logistics Readiness Squadron received an Article 15 for solicitation and adultery. The 319th LRS commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended reduction to the grade of Airman Basic, and a reprimand. An Airman Basic from the 319th Security Forces Squadron received an Article 15 for being absent without leave. The 319th SFS commander imposed the following punishment: 60 days restriction to Grand Forks AFB, and a reprimand.
