September legal corner Published Oct. 3, 2007 319th Air Refueling Wing Legal Office GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Five Airmen were discharged, two Airmen receive non-judicial punishment last month. Discharges A senior airman from the 319th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a General discharge for minor disciplinary infractions. An airman 1st class from the 319th Operations Support Squadron received an Honorable discharge for Mental Disorders. An airman 1st class from the 319 OSS received an Entry Level Separation for failure to adapt to the military environment. An Amn from the 319th Maintenance Squadron received a General discharge for Minor Disciplinary Infractions. An airman 1st class from the 319 MXS received an Honorable discharge for Mental Disorders. Articles 15s A staff sergeant from the 319th Security Forces Squadron received an Article 15 for Maltreatment towards a subordinate. The punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to Senior Airman and 14 days extra duty. A staff sergeant from the 319th Aeromedical Dental Squadron received an Article 15 for dereliction of duty. Specifically, the member was placed on quarters and instead of going home, went to tan at the tanning salon. The punishment consisted of a reduction to senior airman.
