Warrior of the North wins Air Force award

GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- A Warrior of the North received recognition recently for an Air Force-level award.

Tech. Sgt. William Kiser, now a planner for the 319th Communications Squadron, won the Air Force Financial Management NCO of the Year award while he was assigned to the 319th Comptroller Squadron.

As an individual award winner, Sergeant Kiser's photo will be displayed on the Secretary of the Air Force Financial Management award board at the Pentagon and is authorized wear of the Air Force Recognition Ribbon.
