Below are the discharges and Articles 15 for the months of October, November and December of 2008.

Discharges
October
An airman 1st class from the 319th Force Support Squadron received an honorable discharge for mental disorders.

An airman basic from the 319 FSS received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions.

An airman 1st class from the 319th Medical Operations Squadron received an honorable discharge for mental disorders.

An airman 1st class from the 319 MDOS received an honorable discharge for mental disorders.

A senior airman from the 319th Maintenance Squadron received an honorable discharge for mental disorders.

An airman 1st class from the 319th Security Forces Squadron received an honorable discharge for mental disorders.

A senior airman from the 319 SFS received an under other than honorable conditions discharge for drug abuse.

November
An airman from the 319the Logistics Readiness Squadron received a general discharge for fraudulent entry.

December
An airman from the 319th Communications Squadron received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions.

A senior airman from the 319 SFS received an honorable discharge for mental disorders.


Articles 15
October
A senior airman from the 319 FSS received an Article 15 for one specification of Failure to Go. Specifically, the member failed to go to the appointed place of duty at the appointed time. The punishment consisted of a reduction to airman 1st class, forfeiture of $100 pay per month for two months suspended, 10 days extra duty and a reprimand.

An airman 1st class from the 319 SFS received an Article 15 for one specification of Failure to Go, two specifications of Disrespect Towards an NCO and one specification of Dereliction of Duty. Specifically, the member failed to go to the appointed place of duty at the appointed time. In addition, the member was disrespectful to a senior NCO and an NCO. Finally, the member failed to verify the credentials of a driver prior to permitting them entry to the base. The punishment consisted of a reduction to airman basic, with that portion below the grade of airman suspended and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant from the 319 SFS received an Article 15 for one specification of Possession of Marijuana and one specification of Wrongful Use of Marijuana. Specifically, the member tested positive during a random urine analysis. Furthermore, the member later confessed to using marijuana on other occasions. In addition, a small amount of marijuana was found in the member's off-base home. The punishment consisted of a reduction to the grade of senior airman, forfeiture of $1,067 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

A captain from the 906th Air Refueling Squadron received an Article 15 for one specification of Fraudulent Appointment. Specifically, the member received a commission through Air Force Reserve Officers' Training Corp without completing the degree requirements. The punishment consisted of forfeiture of $2,272 pay per month for two months with $1,272 pay per month for two months suspended and a reprimand.

November
An airman from the 319th Civil Engineer Squadron received an Article 15 for one specification of Dereliction of Duty. Specifically, the member failed to refill the water tank on a fire truck. The punishment consisted of 15 days extra duty suspended and a reprimand.

An airman 1st class from the 319 CS received an Article 15 for one specification of Failure to Obey a Lawful Order and one specification of Making a False Official Statement. Specifically, the member disobeyed a lawful order from the unit commander not to have a dog in the on-base home. The member also made a false official statement to the first sergeant. The punishment consisted of a reduction to Airman and 15 days extra duty.

An airman basic from 319 FSS received an Article 15 for one specification of Dereliction of Duty. Specifically, the member ignored an order not to use a personal cell phone during duty hours. The punishment consisted of 45 days restriction to base and a reprimand.

An airman 1st class from 319 MXS received an Article 15 for one specification of Dereliction of Duty and one specification of Resisting Apprehension. Specifically, the member failed to refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages while under the legal drinking age of 21. Also, the member fled apprehension by running away from security forces personnel. The punishment consisted of a reduction to airman and 45 days extra duty with 15 days suspended.

December
An airman 1st class from the 319th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received an Article 15 for one specification of Assault Consummated by a Battery. Specifically, the member assaulted another Air Force member. The punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to airman and 45 days extra duty with 15 days suspended.

A senior airman from the 319 CES received an Article 15 for one specification of Dereliction of Duty. Specifically, the member used an official duty key to gain unauthorized access to another airman's room. The punishment consisted of a reduction to airman 1st class.

An airman 1st class from the 319 LRS received an Article 15 for one specification of Larceny. Specifically, the member stole an Airman's ATM card and used it without authority.
The punishment consisted of a reduction to the grade of airman and 30 days restriction to base.

An airman from the 319 LRS received an Article 15 for one specification of Dereliction of Duty and one specification of Drunk Driving. Specifically, the member drove a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license. In addition, the member was drunk while driving the vehicle. The punishment consisted of a reduction to airman basic, forfeiture of $673 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and 30 days restriction to base.
