Senior Airman convicted on multiple charges in court-martial Published April 21, 2010 By 319 Air Refueling Wing Office of the Staff Judge Advocate GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- On March 23, a Senior Airman from the 319th Medical Operations Squadron was tried by a general court-martial. The trial lasted four days and the Senior Airman was convicted of one specification of UCMJ Article 107, False Official Statement, four specifications of Article 112(a), Wrongful Use, Possession, or Distribution of a Controlled Substance, and two specifications of Article 134, Solicitation to Wrongfully Distribute a Controlled Substance. The panel of officer members sentenced the Senior Airman to 12 months of confinement, reduction to the grade of E-1, total forfeiture of pay, and a bad conduct discharge.
