"It is important to recognize Airmen and civilians because of all the hard work they do for the U.S. Air Force, this wing and community," said Senior Master Sgt. Keith Waltz, 319th Communications Squadron First Sergeant. "Without their dedication and hard work, the mission could not be accomplished." Military and civilian nominees are selected on the basis of leadership and job performance in primary duties, significant self-improvement, and base and community involvement.
