Sarah Williams relinquished command of the 319th Maintenance Operations Squadron during a ceremony here July 16. "We have a unique mission here at Grand Forks Air Force Base," said Major Williams. "We are behind the scenes, helping make the mission happen will different facets of maintenance support." During her two years here, Major Williams was responsible for providing logistical management and support for 12 KC-135R/T Stratotanker aircraft, as well as managing maintenance training, analysis, deployment and computer support for more than 330 maintenance group Airmen. Major Williams will continue her support of maintenance training as she relocates to Sheppard AFB, Texas, to become commander of the 373rd Training Squadron, which is responsible for all maintenance field training detachments worldwide. "To you, the 'MOS Bandits,' you are a diverse, dynamic group of people," stated Major Williams. "It has been my privilege and honor to have served with you."
