The Judge’s Bench: November UCMJ actions

GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  The following member of the 319th Air Base Wing was punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice in November 2011:

Nonjudicial Punishment

· An airman first class from the 69th Maintenance Squadron received an Article 15 for damaging private property, assaulting his wife, wearing an unauthorized rank, being disorderly and discrediting the armed forces and being drunk and disorderly. The following punishment was imposed: Reduction to airman, forfeiture of $822.00 pay per month for two months (suspended) and a reprimand.
