The Judge’s Bench: January UCMJ actions

GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  The following members of the 319th Air Base Wing were punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice in January 2012:

Nonjudicial Punishment Actions

· A technical sergeant from the 319th Civil Engineering Squadron received an Article 15 for driving while drunk. The following punishment was imposed: Reduction to the grade of staff sergeant and a reprimand.

· A senior airman from the 319th Civil Engineering Squadron received an Article 15 for driving while drunk. The following punishment was imposed: Reduction to the grade of airman, with reduction below airman first class suspended, 30 days of extra duty and a reprimand.
