The Judge's Bench: February UCMJ actions

GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  The following member of the 319th Air Base Wing was punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) in February 2012:

Nonjudicial Punishment Action

· An airman first class from the 319th Security Forces Squadron received an Article 15 for dereliction of duty for informing his friends that a Security Forces patrol en route to the dorms. The following punishment was imposed: Reduction to the grade of airman (suspended), restriction to Grand Forks AFB for 30 days, 30 days extra duty (15 days suspended) and a reprimand.
