Technicians will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Altru Clinic parking lot - 1000 S. Columbia Road - on April 21. Key questions to ask about your seat include: Has it been part of a recall you don't know about? Has it been in a crash? Is it older than six years? Did you get it used? Is it actually broken? Is it missing parts? Officials will be collecting unsafe seats for disposal. Those dropping off unsafe seats will be entered in a drawing for prizes.
