The Judge's Bench: March UCMJ actions

GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  The following members of the 319th Air Base Wing were punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) in March 2012:

Nonjudicial Punishment Actions

· A technical sergeant from the 319th Logistics Readiness Squadron received an Article 15 for stealing and possessing four Oxycodone pills. The following punishment was imposed: Reduction to the grade of staff sergeant and a reprimand.

· An airman first class from the 319th Force Support Squadron received an Article 15 for the wrongful use of marijuana. The following punishment was imposed: Reduction to the grade of airman basic, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.
