School board member needed on Grand Forks AFB Published May 22, 2012 GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The Grand Forks Air Force Base School Board is currently accepting applications for a new School Board Member. One position is available to fill an unexpired term beginning August 2012 and ending June 30, 2014. To be eligible, applicants must reside on the base and be an American citizen. Applications are available at both schools - Eielson and Twining - and from the School Liaison Officer at the Airman & Family Readiness Center. Completed applications are to be submitted to the principal's office at either school, the School Liaison Office, or to the Business Manager at the Mark Sanford Education Center.
