Stress Management Classes offered throughout June Published May 29, 2012 GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Do you feel like a walking time bomb, ready to explode at any minute? Stress affects everyone, and you need to know that you are not alone. Seeking help to improve your skills is a strength, not a weakness. Learn to improve your ability to cope with life's stressors by using healthy skills in this series of Stress Management Classes. The benefits include: Increased resilience, well-being and satisfaction with life, and improved physical and emotional health. All classes are held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Airman and Family Readiness Center. They include: June 12 - Relationship Stress by Dolly Walls June 13 - Targeting Your Health by the Resiliency Element Staff June 14 - Stress During Divorce by Paula Lindstrom June 15 - Staying Positive in Negative Situations by Rhonda Boatright The classes are part of the Leadership Pathways program.
