Grand Forks hosts 'Feds Feed Families' food drive

GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Donation boxes will be placed in squadron buildings and at the base commissary this week as part of Department of Defense-sponsored "Feds Feed Families" food drive.

All donations will go to the Salvation Army in Grand Forks.

Requested items include:

- Hamburger Helper (or similar product)
- Canned chicken or tuna
- Canned fruits and vegetables
- Spaghetti sauces
- Baby food or formula

Donations will be collected July 25 and August 29.
