Grand Forks AFB pharmacy issues warning on recalled pain reliever Published Feb. 25, 2013 GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Pharmacy officials here are warning that Reumofan Plus/Reumofan Plus Premium - used as a treatment for muscle pain, arthritis, osteoporosis, bone cancer and other conditions - is under recall because the product contains undeclared active pharmaceutical ingredients. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the product contains methocarbamol, dexamethasone, and diclofenac. Use of this product could result in serious and life-threatening injuries, according to the FDA warning.
