Support and Resiliency Inventory survey available for family members Published April 30, 2013 By Tim Flack 319th Air Base Wing Public Affairs GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Base officials would like military family members to participate in an anonymous Support and Resiliency Inventory survey. The SRI-S is an assessment tool that examines respondents' perceptions about sources of informal and formal support in their lives and about their success in adapting to life challenges and meeting military responsibilities. Responses are anonymously combined to create a Group Profile for a unit or group. SRI service delivery professionals use the group profile to inform the development of support services and programs for military members and their families. Respondents can see a summary of their responses, an Individual Profile, when they finish. No identifying information is included on the profile, and the profile will disappear forever once they close their Web browser. The SRI-S takes about 12 to 15 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, and answers are anonymous. The assessment is open for 90 days. Active Duty will also be taking the same assessment but it will come through their squadron. It is called the SRI-M. The survey is available here: http://sri-s.communitiesinblue.org. Use the following code when taking the survey: S053471E8 If you have any questions please contact Pat Cerone at 701-747-3470.
