Scott Hall, 319 OSS Assistant Chief Controller, walk during the 24 hour prisoner of war and missing in action recognition day relay Sept. 25, 2019 on Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. Airmen took turns bearing the POW MIA guidon and taking laps around the outdoor and indoor track to honor and remember those past and current POW MIA servicemembers.
