Defender's Edge
The Defender‘s Edge (DEFED) Program is a mental health promotion/resiliency program created by Dr. Craig Bryan while he was deployed to Iraq in 2009. This program differs from traditional mental health approaches in that it adopts a strengths-based philosophy intended to circumvent mental health stigma and prevent the onset of psychological and behavioral problems.
