Colonel DEANA L. DOMINGUEZ

Col. Deana Dominguez is the Commander of the 319th Medical Group at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. 

Col Dominguez earned a direct commission into the United States Air Force through the Health Promotions Scholarship Program upon graduating medical school from the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. From there she completed her Family Medicine Residency at Eglin Air Force Base where she served as the Chief Resident. Col Dominguez has had extensive clinical and leadership experience in the outpatient, emergency, and deployed setting. Prior to her current position, she enjoyed her first command assignment at Joint Base Charleston before completing Air War College in residence. Col Dominguez and her husband David have two sons, John (10) and James (7).
