Officer Robert Hadley, a police officer with the 319th Security Forces Squadron here, was recently recognized for assisting a near-drowning victim June 21, 2014, at Turtle River State Park near Grand Forks, N.D. Hadley, a Columbus, Ga., native, is a trained EMT, firefighter, and hazardous materials responder, and he holds an associate’s degree in public health from American Military University.
