Newly-renovated dorm earns LEED certification

Gray Hall, one of five dorms on Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D., earned a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design award for its recent renovations March 26, 2020. The renovations were accomplished following a sustainable design plan, which features recycled construction materials, reduces water use and greenhouse emissions, and saves energy costs.
