Winter parking plan now in effect Published Jan. 12, 2007 GRAND FORKS AFB, ND -- The Winter Parking Plan is now in effect. The intent of this plan is to remove vehicles from the street for snow removal; occupants may park on the lawn in front of their homes ensuring the sidewalks are not blocked. The 'parking on the lawn' portion of this plan does not apply to Meadowlark Manor, Prairieview, Lewis & Clark, Northern Lights Estates, Dakota Skies, Whitetail Range, renovated 2 bedroom units on I St. and Red River Crossing.
