Tactical Paws enjoyed by Airmen, dogs

Senior Airman Elijaih Tiggs, 319th Reconnaissance Wing photojournalist journeyman, and his dog Memphis, a 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix, drive to the base dog park for “Tactical Paws,” a resilience event, Sept. 18, 2019, on Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. Tiggs and Memphis joined other base members and furry friends for the event, which mirrored recent mandatory resilience tactical pauses around the U.S. Air Force. Tactical Paws brought the Grand Forks AFB community together to socialize, but more importantly to share information regarding local tips and options for pet healthcare and boarding in case of deployment.
