Tactical Paws enjoyed by Airmen, dogs

Memphis, a 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix, poses for a photo during “Tactical Paws” Sept. 18, 2019, at the dog park on Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. Tactical Paws was a social event which mirrored recent resilience tactical pauses around the U.S. Air Force, meant to reflect on mental health throughout the service and raise awareness of increasing suicide rates in Airmen. Memphis enjoyed the company of other dogs at the event while his owner and other Airmen in attendance had the opportunity to share helpful tips and information regarding animal care options in the local community.
