THE EMPY KENNEL: Warriors of the North pay final respects to AirMAN’s best friend

Members of the 319th Security Forces Squadron Military Working Dog Section placed an empty kennel as part of a physical tribute created in honor of Military Working Dog Aron for a memorial service held May 15, 2014, at the Prairie Rose Chapel on Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D. The leash on the door symbolizes the everlasting eternal bond between dog and handler. The empty kennel represents the life that our four-legged comrades gave in service to our country.
